FAQ's
Do I need to book?
Yes. All play sessions must be booked online in advance, even for members. This helps us manage numbers and keep the play space safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Can grandparents or carers bring my child?
Yes. Memberships are linked to the child, so parents, grandparents, and carers are all welcome to bring the member child to Playbox.
Can I use my membership for more than one child?
Yes. Membership sessions can be used for more than one child. If you bring siblings, a play session will be used from your weekly allowance for each child attending.
What if sessions are fully booked?
We recommend booking in advance, especially during busy times. Members still need to book sessions, but we release availability regularly.
What if I miss a session?
If a booked session is missed, it cannot be refunded or carried over. If you’re unable to attend, you can cancel or reschedule in line with our normal booking policy.
