Play Package & Gift Card Terms and Conditions

 

1. Validity

   • This voucher is valid for a single session of children's role play at PLAYBOX.

   • The voucher must be redeemed within six months from the date of issuance, after which it will expire.

   • No extensions will be granted beyond the expiration date.

2. Booking and Redemption

   • Vouchers must be presented at the time of booking online.

   • Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability, as spaces may be limited.

   • The voucher can only be redeemed at PLAYBOX for the specified role play session. Vouchers are non-transferable unless required by law.

3. Usage Limitations

   • Vouchers are only valid for children's role play sessions and cannot be exchanged for other services or products at PLAYBOX.

   • This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either in part or in full, except where required by law.

   • PLAYBOX reserves the right to refuse entry if the voucher is used outside of its intended purpose.

4. Terms of Entry

   • All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while on PLAYBOX premises.

   • PLAYBOX follows a strict safety policy. Any guest found violating safety guidelines or engaging in disruptive behaviour may be asked to leave without a refund.

   • PLAYBOX is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

   • Role Play Terms and Conditions also apply to all bookings made with gift card or play packages.

5. Rescheduling

   • In the event of an unforeseen closure of PLAYBOX, any affected bookings may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

   • Guests may request rescheduling at PLAYBOX management's discretion. Requests will be considered based on availability and specific circumstances.

6. Amendments and Liability

   • PLAYBOX reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will not retroactively affect vouchers already purchased unless required by law or circumstances outside PLAYBOX's control.

   • PLAYBOX will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a result of using this voucher, except in cases of proven negligence.

   • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Statutory Rights

   • These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
