1. General:

   • All terms and conditions outlined in the Playbox Terms and Conditions document apply to ticket bundles.

   • PLAYBOX is a roleplay cafe where parents or guardians accept full responsibility for the supervision of the children under their care throughout the premises, including the play area.

   • Children of all ages are welcome in the cafe, but the role play area is designed for walking children up to the age of 6.

   • Any child must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

   • Bookings for ticket bundles are subject to availability and can be made in advance online only.

2. Ticket Bundles:

   • Ticket bundles consist of either 10 or 20 tickets and are non-transferable. 

   • Each ticket in the bundle entitles entry for one child for one allocated 60-minute play session, excluding special events. 

   • Ticket bundles cannot be shared or resold. 

3. Booking Confirmation:

   • Your booking for a ticket bundle is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

   • Ticket bundles are valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

4. Pricing:

   • Ticket bundle prices are listed in GBP on our website and may change at any time.

   • Prices are inclusive of VAT.

5. Rescheduling:

   • Requests for rescheduling individual tickets within a bundle must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the booked date and time.

   • Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the discretion of PLAYBOX.

6. Cancellations and Refunds:

   • All ticket bundle purchases are non-refundable.

   • In the event that PLAYBOX cancels a session, a refund for the corresponding ticket will be provided.

   • Late arrival for a session using a ticket from the bundle will result in reduced play time, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
