1. How many children can I invite?

Each party package includes  a set number of children, which you’ll see when choosing your party. If you’d like to add more, just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  2. What’s included in the party?

​

All our parties include playtime, a dedicated space, and time to celebrate together. You can also add food and extras to make it your own..

  3. How long does the party last?

​

Most parties run for around 2 hours, giving plenty of time to play, eat and celebrate without feeling rushed. You’re very welcome to add extra time, subject to availability, at an additional cost.

  4. Do I get a private space?

​

Yes — depending on your party type, you’ll either have a private room or exclusive use of the venue.

​

  5. Can I bring my own food?

​

Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own food for £3 per child, or choose one of our fun party food options.

​

  6. Do you provide food?

​

Yes — we offer a selection of child-friendly menus designed to keep things easy for you.

​

  7. Can you cater for allergies?

​

Of course — just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  8. What happens on the day?

​

You’ll arrive, enjoy your play session, then move to your party space for food and celebrations. We’ll guide everything so you can relax.​

  9. Do I need to set anything up?

​

          No — we take care of the setup and tidy-up so you can simply enjoy the day.

          If you'd like to bring your own decorations, you're very welcome to.

          Please note that our Dry Hire is room hire only, so setup and tidy-up are not included.

  10. Is there someone to help during the party?

         Yes —  for our party packages, a member of our team will be there to support and keep things               running smoothly.

​

  11. How do I book a party?

​

To secure your party, we just require a £100 non-refundable deposit. You can do this easily online through our website or in person at the café.

  12. What happens after I pay the deposit?

​

Once your deposit is received, your booking is confirmed. Closer to the date, we’ll get in touch to finalise guest numbers, food choices and any dietary requirements. The deposit is returned after the party.

  13. What time can I come to set up?

​

You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes before your party start time to get everything set up.

​

  14. Can guests order from the café?

​

Yes, of course. We can also open a tab for your party guests if you’d like.

​

  15. Can I bring a birthday cake?

​

Yes, absolutely. You’re very welcome to bring your own birthday cake, and we’ll provide a knife, slicer and plates for you.
