Cancellation Policy

To secure your party date, a £100 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is held as a security deposit and is not deducted from the final party cost. One week before the party, we will ask you to confirm the final number of guests. This confirmed number will be the minimum number charged. We will always try our best to accommodate additional guests; however, this cannot be guaranteed after this time frame. Any additional guests will be charged accordingly. Following confirmation of guest numbers, we will issue an invoice for the full party cost. This invoice must be paid in full before the party date. The £100 deposit will be fully refunded after the party, provided the party finishes on time and the space, equipment, and decorations are left in their original condition. If you need to cancel your booking, the £100 deposit is non refundable. We are happy to offer one amendment to your booking up to one month before the party date, subject to availability. If the booking is cancelled within one week of the party date, the full amount of the final invoice will be charged. In the unlikely event that we are unable to host your party, a full refund will be issued. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. PLAYBOX team does not take any responsibility for supervision of any minors present within the premises.
